RIPLEY HART – FOUNDER/DIRECTOR
I got into ADL’s music scene back in 2021 after finishing my Film and TV studies at ACArts, & quickly found myself hitting up local gigs each week. I co- founded Iris Wide Shut, a media company that’s worked with artists like TOWNS & LOLA and even featured in the Adelaide Fringe’s 10×10 showcase. Since 2022, I’ve been editing live performances for Channel 44’s Couch 44. In 2021, I kicked off what would eventually become the Sickest 100, & I’ve been helping build the community around it ever since. More recently, in 2024, I started managing local alt-rock band Weekend Rage

MILLAH HANSBERRY – DIRECTOR
I have been a local gig goer since I was a preteen, finding solace & a sense of community through the chaos of local gigs. My life is Aus music – being the writer, content lead and local editor of The Note magazine. I have a 2024 Bachelor’s degree of Creative Industries in the bag, supported SA festivals as Festival City Adelaide’s Business Support Officer in early 2025, co-founded local music business ‘cheers so much’ in 2023 and am the co-director of Sounds Sick, amongst heaps of panel/advocacy work for youth music in SA (The Push, Carclew, Youth Impact Summit). You’ll either find me at music events, working at music events or writing about music events! In other words – I just really LOVE South Australian music.
